if my roll of stretchwrap is 5% longer (i.e. 1575m) then what weight should the roll be to ensure the film is not thinner than 25 micron?

welger rp 235....i have a two year old 235 profi and was wondering if anyone was having problems with this baler, clogging problems to be exact, between the tines and the intake auger, the crop is lying in the hollow and wont pass through, also clogging at the sides of the intake rotor, that two inch gap between last heavy tine and side of baler is making life very dificult, we are baling mostly after a rake, rows are avg 60" to give a good square bale, to put it in a nut shell, the frigin thing is breaking my heart, problem is in wet or short crops, not much bother in dry first cut, welger increased its rotor size by ten mm for the 07 balers so they must beaware of a problem, was in touch with factory and only reason for leaving out the tine on the rotor in the two inch gap is quote "we didnt think it needed it", its a excellent baler ...if you can get the grass into it!, i have convincer them to supply me with two had tines and im going to remove the rotor and weld them in place to see if it will cure my problem, working in ireland where crops are a lot heavier than in the uk, i was wondering if i was the only one with this problem, according to welger "i am", would like to hear of anyone with same problem, sorry to go on a bit but i feel its a major problem on a well enough designed baler.

Is it true that you are selling a 4000m netwrap? Surely it must either be a very heavy net or you have lightened the net which would surely lessen strength?

Does anyone know of any make of wrapper for small square bale haylage that is capable of wrapping at least 60 small bales per hour with eight layers of film? Any of the dealers I've asked are not interested in finding out apart from trying to sell their own very slow machines.
